The Ground Rules
The best results happen when we’re aligned from the start — so here’s how we keep things clear, respectful, and running smoothly.
Booking & Deposits
To reserve your project in my calendar, a deposit is required before work begins. Deposit structure varies by service:
🌱 The Roots – Brand Identity Package
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project start date.
The remaining balance is due prior to final file delivery (or according to your agreed payment schedule).
Final files will not be delivered until payment has been received.
🌳 The Grove – Team Sports Photography
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your shoot date.
The remaining balance is due prior to final gallery delivery.
🌿 The Branches – One-Off Graphic Design
Because this service is billed hourly at $95/hour, one of the following will apply:

For projects estimated under 5 hours: Payment is due in full upfront.

For larger one-off projects: A retainer (minimum 2 hours) may be required before work begins, with remaining hours invoiced upon completion.
Final files will not be delivered until payment has been received.
Revisions
Refinement is part of the process — thoughtful revisions are always included to make sure your design feels aligned and intentional.
That said, if a project begins to enter an ongoing cycle of excessive changes or direction shifts, I may pause the design process so we can reconnect and clarify next steps.
If revision requests significantly exceed what would reasonably be included in your investment, additional time may be billed at my hourly rate.
You will always be notified before any additional charges are applied — no surprises, ever. Clear communication keeps things rooted and productive.
Timelines & Communication
Timelines are collaborative. Prompt feedback and content submission help keep your project moving forward. If a project is paused for 30+ days due to client delays, it may need to be rescheduled based on availability.
Communication will take place via email unless otherwise arranged. I typically respond within 1–2 business days.
